Laura
Executive assistant
“What needs my attention today?”
Your priorities, important emails and decisions, in one brief.
Practical AI for founders and small teams
Build agents that know your business and handle sales follow-up, accounting prep, content and internal tools. I help you put them to work, and teach you how to keep building the system yourself.
I co-founded and sold MosaLingua. This is the system I now use every day to run my own projects.
Your AI team
Start with the job that takes up too much of your week. Each agent has a role, your company context and a method to follow.
Executive assistant

Your priorities, important emails and decisions, in one brief.
Marketing
“Turn this client project into three posts.”
Drafts in your voice, based on your work and your expertise.
Sales
“Which prospects should I follow up with this week?”
A prioritized list, with the right message prepared for each lead.
Accounting assistant
“Prepare this month’s file for the accountant.”
Invoices organized, missing documents identified, a file ready to review.
Developer
“Build me a dashboard to track our jobs.”
An internal tool built around the way your company works.
Together, we define how each agent should work and connect the tools it needs. Start with one agent, then expand. You keep control of what gets sent or published.
Inside your system
We build three things together: a second brain containing your company’s knowledge, agents that use it to do the work, and a dashboard where you can track their activity.
Your prices, client history, projects and ways of working live in files you own. Your agents use that context to prepare work that fits your business. You can read and edit it yourself.
Your knowledge stays with you when you change AI tools.

Estimates come from recorded tasks and the time they would take by hand.
Enlarge screenshot ↗ Capture how you prepare a quote, follow up with a prospect or organize your accounts. Your agents follow these written procedures, and you improve them as you work.
Each useful automation becomes part of your company’s system.

We build around your files and recurring work. Your team learns to use the agents and create the next automations.

How much time does recurring office work take in your business? Adjust your weekly hours and your hourly rate to estimate what you could recover each year.
Quotes, emails, manual data entry, follow-ups, and routine reporting
Time lost re-prompting, copy-pasting context, and fixing generic AI outputs
Estimated hourly rate or opportunity cost of your time
You waste 720 hours/year on recurring tasks and repeating your company context.
At $75 /hr, that costs your business $54,000 /year in lost time.
That is 90 full workdays per year spent on recurring tasks.
Illustrative scenario: if you recover 60% of that time 432 hours and $32,400 saved every year.
Guaranteed: your system saves you at least 150 hours a year, measured in your cockpit, with up to 3 months of work together to get there. We start with the frequent tasks that take the most time.
The implementation bootcamp
In live sessions, we build your second brain, your first agents and three working workflows using your own files and tools. You learn to run the system, change it and build what your business needs next.
Organize your company’s information in a second brain: services, prices, client notes and current projects. Your AI can find what it needs to work.
● What you build: Your second brain, filled with your company’s knowledge
Choose the roles you need and write down how you want the work done. We adapt their instructions and procedures to your company.
● What you build: Your first agents and three documented procedures
Build workflows for work you already need to do: sales follow-up, admin, content or client delivery. Connect the tools they need and start using them in your business.
● What you build: Workflows running on your own tasks
Use the system to create a useful asset: an internal dashboard, a sales page or a new client process. Learn how to build the next one without waiting for me.
● What you build: A finished business tool or asset, and the skills to continue

Your guide
I co-founded MosaLingua, grew it with a small team and freelancers, and sold it. Building a company taught me the value of getting work out of the founder’s head and into a system the team can use.
Today, I run my projects with the AI team you see here. Laura helps me focus, Emma prepares content, Hugo handles accounting prep, Max works on sales and Marc builds tools. Their methods and memory live in my own files.
That is what we build for your company. I work with you on the first implementations and teach you how to keep improving them. The goal is a business that runs well and gives you time for the work and life you want.
The offer
Both formats focus on your company’s real work. We agree the scope and dates together. The solar business owners’ group has a separate program: two months of implementation followed by three months of mastermind sessions.
Join a small group
Four weeks live with five founders from the same industry, without direct competitors. Build your own system and learn from the others’ implementations.
Train your company’s team
Private sessions for the founder and the people who know the processes. We work directly on your files, tools and priorities.

Questions
No. You work with files and plain-language instructions. I walk you through the setup and the first implementations live.
Agents can take over much of the recurring office work in a small business: preparing documents, following up leads, creating content, researching, reporting and moving information between tools. We start with the work that takes the biggest bite out of your week, then build from there.
Yes. We build your first workflows together using your own files and tools. You learn how to run them, fix problems and create new ones, so you can keep expanding the system yourself.
If you attend the sessions, apply what we build and use the system in your real work, it saves you at least 150 hours a year by the end of the program. Your cockpit measures it: it records each use of your automations and the minutes it saves, then projects the yearly saving in hours and in euros. If it falls short, I keep working with you at no extra cost, automating more of your work, until you get there: up to 3 months of work together in total.
Claude or ChatGPT/Codex, whichever you already use. Your company knowledge and procedures live in your own files. We set up the cockpit together, and you keep your system if you change AI tools.
Around three to five hours per week for the four-week program, including the live session and implementation. We choose work you already need to do so you can put the results to use straight away.
Build an AI team to handle recurring office work, and learn to keep improving it yourself. Get time back for the work you enjoy and the life outside your business.
