I have spent my career building products and running remote teams. I co-founded MosaLingua, ran it 100% remote since 2010 with a team of 35 people worldwide, and sold the company. Working with AI agents today feels completely natural: it takes the exact same discipline as leading remote teams: clear written instructions, an up-to-date second brain for company context, and giving each role only the information it needs.

I’m a software engineer, and I’ve worked in education since 2009. I love making complex technology understandable and teaching people how to use it with confidence.

Simple AI Studio is the practical version of that belief. We do not sell a black box or a complicated stack. We help you turn the knowledge and repeatable work already inside your company into simple systems that your team can understand and maintain.

To make this sovereign approach tangible, I also created YAIBOS (yaibos.com), an open specification for a sovereign AI business operating system. It connects a company’s Markdown second brain with one-click business procedures (SOPs) and personal AI subscriptions, without vendor lock-in or unpredictable token costs.
